From Chapter 41 of the Decline & Fall

Nero (says Tacitus, Annals xv. 35) Neapolim quasi Graecam urbem delegit. One hundred and fifty years afterwards, in the time of Septimius Severus, the Hellenism of the Neapolitans is praised by Philostratus.
