La Croze (Christianisme des Indes, tom. i. p. 44 - 53. Thesaurus Epistolicus, La Crozianus, tom. iii. p. 276 - 280) has detected the use of and which, in the 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th centuries, discriminates the school of Diodorus of Tarsus and his Nestorian disciples.
